Windows will give a Windows protected your PC warning when you run setup.exe. You can click on More info and choose Run anyway. This is due to code signing, which is a fairly costly item for me to purchase for a free piece of software. You can verify setup.exe has not been altered by comparing the checksum of the one you downloaded with the code listed above. (command prompt: certutil -hashfile setup.exe SHA256)
