Windows will give you a Windows protected your PC warning when you first run setup.exe. You can click on More info and choose Run anyway. This is due to Microsoft wanting code signing, which is a fairly costly item for me to purchase for a free piece of software.

To ensure the setup.exe file has not been altered compare your download’s Checksum. You can generate the verification checksum string for setup.exe by opening a command prompt and entering:
certutil -hashfile setup.exe SHA256

The correct Checksum is: a7e127bf6c4b619e8c9c71a02ad8373b72c7e4a1b6e5f0cad509f91e36625c2f
